From our stock of quality minibuses, we always select a suitable vehicle to refurbish into a luxury mini-coach.  To begin with the mechanical elements of the vehicle are examined, and any parts that require attention are replaced.  Once the mechanical checks have been completed, the attention then turns to the body itself including the structure.  All life expired exterior panelling is removed, and the framework of the body is replaced as required to give the vehicle an extended working life.  With all new panelling fitted, the vehicle then receives an exterior re-spray in base white (or a colour of the customer's choice) to give it that "new vehicle" look to the passenger.  Once the exterior is complete, the interior refurbishment begins and the vehicle is then completely stripped of all it's service bus fittings and has refurbished coach seats fitted with seat belts, along with overhead luggage racks installed in the saloon of the vehicle.  Any necessary trimming of the interior is carried out, and the seats are refurbished on our behalf by the well known seat trimmers Duoflex Ltd of Brackley. When complete the vehicle receives a new MoT certificate, and the transformation is remarkable, giving the vehicle a whole new lease of life for many years to come.
